No, from my observation: GVEXPORT (V4.5.0) always overrides the BLKSIZE from JCL with a BLKSIZE <= 32760. It's probably only GVRESTOR that uses the LBI to read tapes created with the VSE version. ... and now for another "DCB override discussion"... NOT!
