Ma'am, Regardless of OPERATOR PROMPT/NOPROMPT setting, default STPMODE is YES so he will get the IEA888A.
Why not T CLOCK ... maybe because his time zone is UTC ?? or he's setting a time outside of the twelve hour GMT window ??.
