IBM can't find people to staff their help center in Debuque Iowa??? 200 miles NORTHwest of Chicago?? I got a call from an IBM staffer when they were standing that place up. They were so desperate, they were going through their files of former employees. Once was enough for me, 2nd time as contractor was simply demeaning, I'd have to be the desperate myself...
