Scott, If RECEIVE does not work in READY mode either, it's not ISPTCM (an ISPF customized table of TSO command characteristics).
Does the APF entry specify the correct volser? Under ISPF option 6, do a LISTA ST (or DDLIST). Are all datasets listed for STEPLIB and ISPLLIB (if any) also in APFLST (and on the correct volser)?
