Sometimes this happens. If you delete the member then it will be rebuilt the next time you access ISPF. Of course, that means re-customizing your ISPF environment. If this is in an SMS pool, then see if you have a backup copy and recover it. Then see it is stilled corrupted or if it is better. Or if you have a backup of the pack it is on, then restore that. In both cases use a new name and copy just the member you want.
