And that JOBRC facility may not fool everybody. I doubt it will fool CA-7's monitoring of return codes, which I think is via the IEFACTRT interface (or maybe something else, I don't really know). We have an archival program (CA-JMR) which outputs messages about the RC. But I am fairly sure it does it by looking at the lines it transcribes, looking for the IEF142I message. I say this because it reports an RC of 0 for all spun output which does not have any IEF142I messages in it.
