Because my boss said so. He didn't say why. I don't argue any more. We are "CPU 
poor" and our programmer's generally are "gluttons". They use FileAid in TSO to 
edit and change __HUGE__ datasets, rather than write an ICETOOL batch job. They 
do it over, and over, and over.
