It depends. The message is telling you that the contents of the
specified csect at the offset indicated on the VER statement doesn't
match what you had on the VER statement.
Take a look at the contents of the csect from the listing and see what's
there. You might have an incorrect zap, or you're pointing to the wrong
load module/csect, or many other possibilities.
