some of the sense bits are generic ... most sense bits are device
specific. there was a ios3270 version of 360 green card done long
ago and far away.

ios3270 was part of a menua application package done by theo alkema at
the uithorne (EU) HONE system that also included the 3720 screen
applications fulist and browse. HONE was the internal world-wide
marketing, sales, and field support vm/370-based system.

many people may be familiar with ios3270 menu applications as the
screens in the 3090 service processor (the 3090 service processor was
actually a pair of 4361s running vm/370 with all the service screens
implemented in ios3270).

the 360/67 "blue" card included several panels that gave sense
bit definitions for several devices. long ago and far away, I had
updated gcard with sense data for several devices.
