Look at 'Setting Up a Sysplex', at the chapter about IXCL1DSU. It has a section about LOGR CDSs. You will need to check how big the CDS is now allocated (d xcf,cpl,type=logr) and increase those values on the DSU utility, depending on what gives you problems.
A word of advise: Keep one data set in your sysplex where you have all the jobs with all the parms for all the CDSs including the policies and make sure it is always used when doing changes.
