That gets complicated. SSS, MSS and MPS were announced concurrently,
but there were significant redesigns in the evolutions SSS->PCP,
MSS->MFT->MFT II and MPS->VMS->MVT. I believe that OS/360 had
stabilized at PCP, MFT and MVT by the time IEBCOPY came along; it
definitely ran under PCP. The AOS (OS/VS) version  had some
significant enhancements, but you could zap it to run under OS/360.

Of course, before IEBCOPY you had IEHMOVE. Don't ask, don't tell.
