As with SQA/ESQA the number of pages fixed depends on the number
allocated, not on the size from PARMLIB. AFAIK there is no way to
control CSA/ECSA usage by subpool.

Now, you might prefer to prevent the page fixing of large amounts of
space by limiting the total CSA/ECSA/SQA/ESQA; it's not my dog.
