It may have room, but it's not enough room to hold the new IEANUCxx
member being linked. In my shop, SYS1.NUCLEUS is not part of LNKLST. It
probably isn't in your shop either. You should be able to reallocate a
larger one and IEBCOPY all existing members from the old one.
