like following.

This statement is indicating IXLCSCON , RC=H0000000C, RSN CODE = 02010C29 .
How do i interprete this msg quickly ?
What I am trying to ask is :
IS THERE ANY GOOD ALTERNATIVE / TOOL to interprete this kind of return
code & reason code ?
