Allan, You might want to ensure you create a clear distinction here between the WSA and the ISPGUI. There's a lot of ignorance and confusion about these offerings and many people just don't know the difference. You've already received one response that proves this point. I'm sure you'll receive others.

When logged on to TSO/E, I use the WSA often. But, never use the ISPGUI. Usage is always from Windows/XP.

I agree with everything Edward said. And because of the confusion, I think a number of people who would have found the WSA to be extremely useful have never even tried it. I use the WSA extensively, every day, either on Win98 or WinXP. I never use the ISPF GUI.

Fot those who don't know the difference between the WSA and ISPF GUI, an anology would be to think of the WSA as 'land' that can be used for many different purposes, and think of the ISPF GUI as an industrial waste complex. You can't build an industrial waste complex without land (i.e. you can't get the ISPF GUI to work without the WSA), but there are many things you can do with land other than build an industrial waste complex. My apologies if any bias 'leaked' in that analogy. :-)

I'd appreciate any feedback from subscribers to this list. I'm only really interested in whether you run it and the platforms on which you run it (eg.
Windows NT, 2000, XP and so on, HPUX, Solaris, AIX). Please don't barrage
me with requests for Linux or other implementations or complaints about the
product :-).

If you don't use it at all, you can also let me know that.
