What is bizzare is that the ANTP0102I message is clearly documented to
apply to MODE(RESYNC) which requires that the pair be in SUSPEND state,
but you clearly specified MODE(COPY). Sounds like an IBM bug, either
the message is issued incorrectly or it has another undocumented
meaning. I can't find anything on IBMLINK, so I suggest you open a
problem with IBM.
