All of us are getting older (including you) and memory becomes subject to parity errors. I am surprised you think yours is any better than the rest of ours.

Also there was at least one step Bob S omitted. so he was not 100 percent right. I would not ask such a question if I was 100 percent sure. I dropped a(n) acquisition and I will freely admit it. What's the big deal ? The 90's saw a great deal of take over and mergers and the like.

Get over it.
