I had heard/read (probably from an IBM webinar on the z9BC/EC) that they will 'make it easier' (i.e. free FSVO free)to convert between ICF,IFL,Zaap,Ziip on the 'new' boxes. Not sure if this was meant to trickle down to the z890/990's
