The answer is: Go to the operator console on the ATL, hit the Commands pull down. Select "Insert Unlabeled Cartridges", enter the VOLSER to be used in the related cell slot for the convenience door, and load the tapes in there in that order. Select OK and away it goes. When it's done, cancel out.
