What I have done is bookmark https://www-304.ibm.com/jct03004c/support/electronic/portal/!ut/p/_s.7_0_A/7_0_CI?category=4 which should get you to the "Access premium services" page, which in turn gives a link to IBMLink. We have been explicitly told not to link to the IBMLink sign-on page, in defiance of all common sense.
This should work until the webmasters at IBM get word that people are actually making it into IBMLink, at which point the URL will be changed again; the content will also be translated to Welsh to further guard against the possibility of someone getting some work done.
