Introduction and assumptions :
a) If you can subscribe to an Email list you have more intelligence than
the average voter out there
b) If you know something about an IBM computer, you can read and you
read newspapers and do watch some "real" actuality programs on TV
FACT :
1) The SAn Angelo deal cost more compared to the same facilities "In
Sourced"
2) Sprint took IBM to court on an "Out Sourcing Deal" because it
actually cost SPRINT more after they have out sourced
3) The State of Texas awarded a 1.4 Billion dollars deal to Accenture,
to consolidate all the "Help Desk" facilities for the State of Texas.
3) The Comptrollers office is the biggest IT mess I have ever seen and
the lady that runs this thing , even tried to run for Governor of Texas.
Conclusion :
This is not about "SAving your Tax Dollars" and there is no State Tax in
Texas.
It's not about saving dollars at all.
As long as you allow Companies to pay for politician's to be elected,
you are going to end up with :
a) Retrenchment and Outsourcing
b) Biliions of dollars given to them in IRAQ and you believe all the
reasoning for it to happen in the first place
