Tried a test only dynamic activate using z/os 1.7 on a z9 box. Here is
what I received:

TEST DETECTED CONDITIONS WHICH WOULD RESULT IN ACTIVATE
FAILURE
CBDA847I Partition SB1 (number 5) missing in IODF SYS1.IODF13, it
is currently defined in IODF SYS1.IODF12.
CBDA848I Partition ZOSESB1 (number 5) in IODF SYS1.IODF13 is
invalid, it is not defined in IODF SYS1.IODF12.
Thoughts?
