I agree.
Especially when it doesn't match reality.

We are NOT paying less!
We are NOT exploiting JAVA/WebSphere on the mainframe.
We do NOT have any workloads that can exploit NAlc, as I understand the announcements.
We are NOT going to z9 any day soon.

We are NOT the only customer in this situation!

well, counterpoint.
we have z990s and z9's, about to have several z9s.
we are testing ziip, we have WebSphere 6.10
we are z/OS 1.6 and z/OS 1.8 across multiple sysplexes.
we are NOT the only customer in this situation.

Robert,

I'm kinda' intrigued here. I plugged www.peoplepc.com into
my browser and got to PeoplePC Online - an ISP. Is that your
company? If so, are you using any of those mainframes for
any website hosting for customers?

Kind regards,
