  From an HMC, logon to the SE of the LPAR to which you want to 
initiate the external interrupt key.  Somewhere on the SE
is something to click to cause the external interrupt function. 

  For a VM guest, use    #CP EXT 

  If you do this while SA DUMP is executing, SA DUMP will terminate
somewhat cleanly (i.e. more cleanly that if you just stop the 
processor, but less cleanly than I would like).
