Oh!  So both the TMP and command read from SYSTSIN.  I probably
*could* have found that in a manual if I'd know what I was looking
for.  

Reminds me a bit of old DOS (and probaly DOS/VS and VSE) where 
both JCL and program data were read from the same data stream.  A
cleverly written program could eat the JCL and data of other jobs.
