With 'FLIP' you can switch between excluded and non-excluded as Zaromil
writes.
'RESET' displays all lines, but AFAIK there is no 'reset'-command back
to the partially excluded display.
So you'll have to do all excludes again.

You could use "FLIP" command for "DISPLAY 0" / "DISPLAY 1". Never tried
to do something like "DISPLAY 0 1".
