While it is true that STOKEN is the unique token for an address space, it is not the unique token for a "job" when you consider intiators. In an intiator, the address space 'stays up" between jobs, so the STOKEN stays the same. STOKEN works just fine for such things as started tasks or TSO users.
So I might say the TCB TOKEN of the EXEC PGM=xxx task (the cross-memory-resource-owning task, pointed to by ASCBXTCB) is the real unique thing "per job". The TCBTOKEN service can be used to extract the TCB TOKEN. By the way, ASCBINTS is not an intended programming interface. The real question is: why is the question being asked? That might be a better way to derive the "answer" that is needed.
