Besides all the info from others, you must also take existing JCL,
Clists, Rexx's etc. into consideration, that request the old
managementclass in their allocation of new datasets. You can trap these
in the MC ACS routine and assign a new MC, since it might be undoable to
change all these requests. In that case, you will probably have to keep
the trap in the MC routine forever.
