1. Nobody under NDA could admit it.

Wrong. For example I have some knowledge about z10. Very limited, but it
is irrelevant in this context. I did not sign up any NDA, my knowledge
does not come from official information from IBM. I don't know how it's
regulated in Canada, but I'm pretty sure, that in Poland I can share my
knowledge despite of IBM statement.
