The CE did have to make a visit yesterday for some issue with the 3420's. But it could not have been too much of a problem since he was gone in about 30 minutes...

When I was at P&H, we had 2 3420s left until about a year before the datacenter closed. My experience with those old IBM drives was the rubber hoses tended to get dryed out and crack. I know we had 2 of them until they were taken out. One was used for parts, but when they both quit, we decided to just to get rid of them.
