I think some of the things on the list are conceptual jokes but not practical, sort of like the stuff that happens to Wiley Coyote. These are funny to think about, or see in a cartoon, but not funny if they really happened to someone. I think the guideline for "jokes" has to be harmlessness. A joke should be funny and clever. It can be annoying or embarrassing or frustrating, but you have to draw the line at the potential for actual harm. If it has the potential for real harm, then it is not a joke.
