I'd bet it was done via the IKJEFF10 submit exit. Basically, you're likely out of luck.

I'd really LOVE for IBM to allow something like: //&SYSUID.A JOB ...,NOTIFY=&SYSUID
And I always thought I'm too stupid ;) Now I know it really doesn't work ;-)
