A very limited scope PE exists. We don't use exit0 so have not worried
about this. I am just getting the PTFs installed in our next service
roll so I have not had a chance to do any testing with them.

ERROR DESCRIPTION:
After OA21346, $HASP095 code $U01 may be issued during JES2
initialization if JES2 exit0 module HASPXIT0 is linked with JES2
load module HASJES20 or HASPINIT, causing JES2 to terminate.
Verification steps:

LOCAL FIX:
Avoid linking HASPXIT0 with load module HASJES20 or HASPINIT.
Instead create LMOD HASPXIT0 which JES2 will load using the
standard libray search.
