In addition, a current version of Bob Break's exit5 will work under z/OS 1.9.
Check www.cbttape.org on the updates page. Good thing it does because
it saved us a few weeks back when exit1 failed after a migration (and
nobody tested printing until Monday morning). The RDT moved to a
dataspace in z/OS 1.9 JES2. I couldn't figure out why the RDT base
reg was pointing into PSA until I came across an IPCS APAR (OA23309) that
had the same problem as the exit1 for this particular LPAR:

"Starting with zOS19, JES2 was modified and the $RDT
control blocks were moved to the new JES2NIT dataspace
The CCTRDT field is no longer sufficient to point to
the base of the $RDT table. "
