The ability to SPKA to Key10 is controlled by the contents of CR3 and for V=V 
programs I would expect a PPT entry for the program (unless the program 
concerned is manipulating CR3 using something like the "LCTL" instruction).

that a problem program is running with a PKM of for example 8, 9 and 10 that

already tried it ....
