Fill CoD (Certificate of Destruction) and send it to IBM. Sheet of
paper. You're done.
Now you can have your coffee and simply delete FORTRAN libraries from
LPAR. Don't hurry, CoD is valid since next month.
Background: I talked about method of "destruction" with IBM software
guy. He wasn't able to provide me any "official method of destruction",
so we agreed that any method of making the software unusable is OK.
