Exactly. UNDEFINE'ing a LNKLST set results in clean-up.
Otherwise, LNKLST sets remain around and are either "in use" or
"active" (can be the "current" LNKLST set) or "not in use" or "inactive".>

The allocations done for an active LNKLST set are undone when the LNKLST
becomes inactive (i.e., no longer has any users)
