BUSINESS IMPACT: Users are unable to access the IBMLink application via URL
www.ibm.com/ibmlink. IBMLink is an application enabling platform which
provides common services including authentication through Web Identity and
entitlement, to various presales, post sales and business partner
applications. Support is engaged and is investigating the issue. Further
updates will be provided as changes occur
