Do you happen to be running DB2 query monitor? Don't ask me how I
know..... there is a bug in it, with a fixing PTF. Evidently it steps
all over storage. We had GRS abends, etc. Had to IPL to clear it out.
We had a CICS region that acted the same. Was holding all its enqueues
yet too....

Subject: CICS Region oddity

My CICS guy has an interesting problem that now has me a tiny bit
concerned. He attempted to force a region down and a /D JOBS,xxxx shows
the job is still out there:

CICSRTT1 CICSRTT1 CICS     IN NFS   A=00C0   PER=NO   SMC=000

                                    PGN=N/A  DMN=N/A  AFF=NONE

                                    CT=014.735S  ET=01.27.59

                                    WUID=S0144040 USERID=TESTCICS

                                    WKL=         SCL=         P=0

                                    RGP=         SRVR=NO  QSC=NO

                                    ADDR SPACE ASTE=03625000

SDSF DA does not show this region. The IEE115I message seems to indicate
that the address space is hosed (the NFS in the display above). Any clue
as to why this address space refused to die its horrible death? Let's
ignore, for the moment, the eventual loss of the address space. Any
clues as to where I should start to look?
