One "problem" with such, at least around here, is management now has a firm 
belief that RC>4 is identically equal to "job failed". They track it and 
castigate the person responsible for having a "job failure". Please, don't 
confuse this manager with facts! He has been in operations for 35+ years and 
knows what he's talking about. Just ask him.
