Power Exchange from Informatica is the one we use here. There are many interfaces VSAM is one of them, but it also has DB2 as an interface module as well.
Support is very good when it comes to trouble-shooting problem. On the workstation side we use Decision Stream and Cognos. It runs as an STC. It allows our Business Intelligence people to do SQL-like queries against various VSAM and sequential files from their PCs, using a "client" software. I don't know much about it.
