Just that it is not a sub-capacity license.

That would have been interesting because the better the product works
the less you would pay for it.

No real details on how it works, just that its proprietary.

Rather guarded answer as to what IBM thinks of this.

Sounds like they just found a way to 'flip the bit' that says the work
is zIIP/zAAP eligible.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
