John, Not surprising..many of our customers through us and other channels don't take the time. To read a manual..sometimes I admit u am guilty too. The modern age of instantaneous output via the 'NET' doesn't help....the other side is a lot of people non technical could care less what the 'cloud' is unless it effects them directly..I use it with my iPad....
