It is about space management. They will have to learn to appreciate what space 
bits and allocation keywords/parameters you can donate to them.

Not much what I know beside hard coded allocation parameters somewhere in your 
ACS routines and/or JCL.

What about PARTIAL RELEASE in Management Class? What about shorten your 
migration thresholds so you can have as much as ML0 space available? At least 
you can avoid x37 abends for a while for your hungry space gobblers.
