With HFS you could run IDCAMS with RELATE to create an alias. With zFS being a linear VSAM dataset that does not work. I understand that indirect volume cataloging with SYMBOLICRELATE is available at z/OS V1.12 and above (which we are at)
So is there a way to create an alias with zFS or is the indirect catalog the only path.
