Hi, I can't go into details, but you can find the basics in the DFSMShsm Diagnosis manual (GC52-1083-07). Chapter 7 "Locating modules and control blocks in a dump" shows the fundamental structure of HSM queueing. In there you will see reference to the Management Work Element (MWE) which is the primary communication vehicle for sending requests to HSM. MWEs are generated and then posted to HSM for processing.
