Nope.  Some years ago, I whined in MVS-OE about lack of RETPD, and it
was generously provided.  But in those days of yore, BPXWDYN support
was more casual.  Nowadays, EXPDT would probably need a forman
Requirement.

But DYNALLOC support of tapes is so miserable (no RETAIN, VOL=REF, ...)
that I'm largely compelled to use JCL DD allocation regardless.
