Sterling Commerce (The MFT (Managed File Transfer), and fullfillment suite(s), etc.,) was acquired by IBM a bit over two years ago. I can't remember what the other Sterling company was called or its product line. The MFT products were, off the top of my head, Connect:Direct, Connect::Enterprise, Connect::Express, Sterling Secure Proxy, Sterling External Authentication, File Agent, and Sterling Control Center.
