Telling others what to post doesn't often occur - asking others *not* to post off-topic content does occasionally occur. In my recollection, the request is usually accompanied by the word "please."
I appreciate the service UA provides in making this list available and I personally try to abide by their guidelines. Those who choose not to do so may have the right to do as they please, but they could just ignore the requests when they are asked to stop rather than "pile on," as it were.
