All page D/S should be the same size (along with any to add later). The ASM uses the smallest times the number attempting to (in general) fill to a max of 65% (iirc). I forget the exact numbers, but there used to be a warning at 60-65 and a 'crisis' at 80-85%. There was an old zap in INIT&TUNE to change these thresholds, but I don't know when it dropped. Either at ESA, or when the manual became two.
And, I can't recall what happens if you PAGEADD differing sizes, especially smaller. But, enough digression: ALL Page D/S should be the same size.
